WHAT IS AIP?

So, now that you’ve read over what you can have on the AIP Diet, you may have a few simple meal ideas, but what are you supposed to snack on throughout the day? You may also be wondering, is it possible to have “fun” foods on the AIP diet? Am I going to get bored of these foods? Am I going to be hungry all of the time? NO!  With the right tools, you can enjoy eating on the AIP and not feel super restricted. 3 INGREDIENT (OR LESS) AIP SNACKS
