BACON BBQ SLIDERS (PALEO, GRAIN-FREE)

These BBQ sliders are perfect for parties or game day. They are simple to put together, and the bbq sauce and bacon go perfectly together. Served on sweet potato waffle fries, they are a fan favorite!

There’s nothing I love more than a game day appetizer, and sliders are perfect! I love that they can be an appetizer or a meal, and serving them on sweet potato waffle fries sends them over the edge of deliciousness. The combination of bacon, bbq sauce, and sweet potato is out of this world, and I hope you can try them! If you don’t have a game day coming up, no problem! These are perfect for an everyday dinner or the big game, so gather your ingredients and get started. 🙂

Description

These BBQ sliders are perfect for parties or game day. Served on sweet potato waffle fries, they are a fan favorite!

SCALE

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon coconut aminos

about 30 sweet potato waffle fries

12 ounces bacon, cooked

15 lettuce leaves

BBQ sauce

Instructions

Mix ground beef, salt, pepper, and coconut aminos together and form into 15 small patties.  Cook on a grill or skillet to desired level on doneness.  I like to cook them on medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side.  Bake sweet potato fries according to package instructions.  Assemble sliders: A waffle fry for the bottom, slider, bbq sauce, bacon strip torn in half, lettuce, and top with another fry.  Put a toothpick through the middle to hold it all together, and enjoy!
