Berry salsa is perfectly light and refreshing, and full of flavor. This paleo salsa is perfect on top of a taco, alongside fish, or eaten with a spoon. 😉 With only 5 ingredients and 1 bowl, you can have this delicious salsa on the table in 5 minutes or less – and it will disappear fast!
I made this salsa one night when we were having friends over, thinking it would just be for the adults (my kiddos don’t really like salsa). Long story short, the salsa disappeared before dinner, and the kids ate all of it! I found this is a great way to introduce kids to salsa, by incorporating berries, which most kids love! Not only do kids love this recipe, but adults do as well. Anytime I make it for a crowd, it’s one of the first things that disappears! One of the things I really love about it is how easy it is. You don’t have to turn the oven on or spend hours in the kitchen. All you’ll need is 5 minutes to get this on the table.
HOW TO MAKE BERRY SALSA
It’s simple: just diced the onion and strawberries, squeeze the juice from the lime, toss everything together, and enjoy! In 5 minutes or less you can have this crowd favorite on the table! Although its not nearly as good as homemade salsa, if you’re looking for a store bought salsa that is paleo-friendly, here is one we love.
