- When steaming is complete, remove the cover gently. Remove the basket from the broccoli and place it in a basin.
- Oil and garlic should be poured over the broccoli. Toss and then generously season with Parmesan-Reggiano. If preferred, add a sprinkle of crushed red pepper. Serve without delay.

How long does Ninja Foodi take to steam?
Pressure Test: – Upon receiving your Ninja Foodi for the first time, you will want to familiarize yourself with it and ensure that it functions as intended. The most efficient method is to do a Pressure Test. The pressure test is straightforward. Add three cups of water to the inner pot, then tighten the pressure cover and close the black valve.
Pick the Pressure button, then select High with the left arrows and 3 minutes with the right arrows. Hit start. A spinning square of LEDs will illuminate to indicate that the Ninja Foodi is heating up. This may need 8 to 10 minutes. The Ninja Foodi must heat the water in order to generate the steam required to generate pressure.
During this period, steam may escape from the black valve and/or the red button on the lid’s top. This is typical. If steam is escaping from the whole circumference of the lid, this is not normal. Stop the Ninja Foodi. Turn the black valve to the vent position to release the steam.
