Today is National Hummus Day! I have no idea who decides on these national food days, but I love them because it gives me a reason to celebrate. Hummus is a big hit in my house, and such an easy snack or side dish. I am always trying to think of new ways to make it interesting, and my kids love this ranch hummus.
It is perfect for dipping veggies, crackers, or eating with a spoon! Happy Hummus Day!
