Ingredients
1 lb baby red potatoes
1 tablespoon avocado oil
1 tablespoon garlic herb seasoning
Garlic herb seasoning:
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cut the potatoes in half, toss in oil and seasonings, spread on a baking sheet, and bake 20 minutes. Stir potatoes and bake 10-15 minutes more, until potatoes are tender in the middle.
