  • 2 cups vanilla dairy free milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 4 dates, pitted
  • 4 T chia seeds
  • Toppings
  • Strawberries
  • Bananas
  • Blueberries
  • Cereal
  • OR Your favorites!


  1. Blend milk, strawberries, dates, and chia seeds in a blender until smooth. Allow to sit for at least 30 minutes, or overnight. Top with your favorite toppings!
