With just a few ingredients and 10 minutes, you can enjoy this healthy pecan butter. It is perfect paired with fruit, crackers, or eaten by the spoonful
2 cups raw pecans
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons olive oil (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and spread pecans on a baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until they start to lightly brown. Immediately transfer pecans to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth, stopping and scraping down the bowl as needed. Add salt, honey, and cinnamon and blend until combined. If your pecan butter isn’t getting smooth, add a little olive oil and continue blending.
