Spicy chai flavors blended with sweet pumpkin make for a cozy, warm, delicious pumpkin chai latte. This latte is also paleo and refined sugar free, so you can enjoy this sweet treat without all the added sugar!
1 cup water + 2 chai teabags (choose AIP friendly chai if needed)
2 cups unsweetened almond milk (use coconut milk for AIP)
1 tablespoon pumpkin
3–5 tablespoons honey (depending on how sweet you like it) (sub dates for honey for Whole30)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/8 teaspoon cardamom
- Boil water, remove from heat, and add 2 tea bags. Cover and steep for 10 minutes. While the tea is steeping, combine the rest of the ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth. Once tea is done steeping, pour tea into blender with other ingredients and blend together. Heat the mixture to your desired temperature and enjoy!
