PUMPKIN SPICE POPCORN

Light and healthy, this pumpkin spice popcorn is the perfect fall treat for your next movie night!

Movie nights are a big hit in our house. We clear out the living room, spread blankets and pillows out on the floor, let the kids pick a movie, and make a batch of homemade popcorn.  There’s nothing I love more than snuggling with our sweet kiddos on a Friday night!  Since we eat popcorn a lot, I thought it would be fun to make a fall flavored version. It is super simple to make, and is a great way to enjoy fall flavors with a healthy treat!

This would also be great for a party, or to give out as a sweet treat for your neighbors around the holidays.  Just put it in a pretty container, and you are good to go!  It keeps well in an airtight container for a few days. 🙂

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin Spice
  • 1 T cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 10 cups popped popcorn

Instructions

  1. Mix spices and sugar together. Spoon 3 Tablespoons of spice/sugar over warm popcorn and toss to combine. Adjust amount of spices if desired. Enjoy!

Notes

***Be super careful giving popcorn to little ones, it can be a choking hazard!!!!
