- 1 cup diced strawberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup water
- In a medium saucepan, whisk sugar, cornstarch, and salt with water. Stir in strawberries. Heat over medium high heat until the mixture starts to boil, stirring constantly. Boil mixture for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mixture begins to thicken. Allow to cool. The mixture should thicken a little more once it is cool. Enjoy!
