WHOLE30 STIR FRY (PALEO STIR FRY)

This Whole30 stir fry is simple and flavorful, perfect for a weeknight meal. It’s a paleo stir fry recipe your whole family will love!

Stir fries are so easy to whip up on a busy evening, and this Whole30 stir fry is no different. You can easily prep the ingredients in advance, and even without any prep, you can have in on the table in 30 minutes or less!

HOW TO MAKE THIS PALEO STIR FRY:

First, you’ll need to make (or buy) teriyaki sauce, and this paleo teriyaki sauce is easy to make, you’ll just need your blender and a few minutes. If you’d rather buy one, this Primal Kitchen teriyaki sauce is a good option as well (but I like the homemade version better 😉 ) Once you have your teriyaki sauce, you’ll need to cook the pork for 5-6 minutes, add in the veggies and sauce, and then its ready to serve over cauliflower rice. So simple!

CAN YOU EAT SOY SAUCE ON WHOLE30?

Soy and soy products are not approved for Whole30, so traditional teriyaki sauces made from soy sauce won’t work. But that’s okay! There are a couple of store-bought whole30 teriyaki sauces to choose from, or you could make your own in just five minutes.

HOW DO YOU MAKE STIR FRY SAUCE FROM SCRATCH?

Thankfully, its really easy! You’ll just need a few ingredients: coconut aminos, fresh ginger and garlic, crushed red pepper, a peeled orange, and dates. Blend them all together until smooth, and you have a delicious homemade teriyaki sauce.

TIPS FOR MAKING THIS WHOLE30 STIR FRY:

  • Customize it to fit your preferences – if you like chicken or beef better, you can substitute that in. If you prefer to use fresh veggies, broccoli, bell peppers, carrots would all work great. This recipe is really easy to customize!
  • To make this recipe even quicker, prep the sauce and pork in advance. With both of those ready to go, you could easily make this in under 15 minutes.
